In this class participants will be invited to gently delve into body, mind and emotional holdings in order to allow the Alchemy of Release to manifest.
This is not simply a physical journey but a wonderful way to let go of toxic thoughts, attitudes, emotions and relationships.

Your Sacred Belly is like the gatekeeper to your inner world of health, intuition and vitality. Listening to your gut’s wisdom is a significant key in releasing what no longer serves you.
Major energy lines run through your belly, 1st, 2nd and 3rd chakra. Serotonin is created and released.
